What this program is

OlliLlama's missed-call recovery program sends a single text message to someone who just called a business and was not able to reach them, so they can continue the conversation by text instead. This program is not a marketing or promotional messaging program.

How consent works today

When your call to a business using OlliLlama is not answered and is forwarded to that business's OlliLlama number, you will hear a short spoken disclosure explaining that pressing 1 will result in a text message from that business about your call. A message is sent only if you press 1. If you do not press 1, no text message is sent.

Message purpose and frequency

You will receive one message directly related to your call (for example: "[Business Name]: Sorry we missed your call. How can we help? Reply STOP to opt out."). If you reply, the business may continue that conversation with you by text. OlliLlama does not send recurring automated marketing messages, multi-day follow-up sequences, or promotional campaigns as part of this program.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message to stop receiving further messages from that business. You will not receive further automated recovery messages from that business after opting out. Opting out from one business does not opt you out from a different business that separately uses OlliLlama, since each business's messaging relationship with you is separate.

Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier, your device, or factors outside OlliLlama's control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
